A: Our towels are made from 100% combed cotton, organic cotton, bamboo fiber, or cotton-polyester blends. All materials are highly absorbent, soft, and durable. We can also source specific fibers upon request.
A: Standard sizes include bath towel (27"x54"), hand towel (16"x30"), face towel (13"x13"), and beach towel (30"x60"). Custom sizes are welcome with bulk orders.
A: For stock colors and designs, MOQ is 200 pieces per size. For custom colors, logos, or packaging, MOQ is 500–1000 pieces depending on the complexity. Lower MOQ is negotiable for trial orders.
A: Yes, we offer full customization: Pantone-matched colors, woven labels, embroidery, screen printing, and heat transfer logos. We provide digital proofs before production.
A: Existing samples are free (you pay shipping only). Custom samples cost $50–$100, but this amount is refundable when you place a bulk order. Sample production takes 7–10 days.
A: Our towels are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified (no harmful substances), GOTS certified for organic options, and BSCI certified for ethical manufacturing. Test reports are available on request.
A: Standard lead time is 30–45 days after sample approval. For urgent orders, we can expedite to 20–25 days with an extra charge. We always update you weekly on progress.
